Items can be returned in two ways:

In the Dillewijn Zwapak store
You bring back the items to the Dillewijn Zwapak store where you’ve purchased them. It’s not necessary to complete a return form. We will process the return directly at our register and the amount is settled in our store directly.

By courier
In case you prefer to return the items by courier, please contact our Customer Support. We discuss the preferred shipping option and costs that may apply, after which you will receive a return form that has to be included in the shipment. Kindly note that returns cannot be processed in our warehouse without this form. In case you would like to return goods from outside The Netherlands, please follow the same procedure and contact our Customer Support to discuss the options.

In case you have a valid reason for the return and after consulting with our Customer Support, we will pay for the costs of the return.
