I have a complaint – what can I do?

We do everything we can to make sure that the products you have ordered are delivered to you in perfect condition and on time. However, should you not be totally satisfied, do contact us please so we can find a solution together.

Let our Customer Support Team know about your complaint. This can be done as follows:

• By phone on 0031-887354111 (on working days between 9 am and 5 pm)

By mail at info@dillewijnzwapak.nl.

Our Team will work on your complaint or question to find a solution you will be happy with. We aim to get back to you with our reply within 48 hours – should it take longer, we will inform you accordingly.

Whatever happens, you will get an official reply in writing within 14 days.

Should you not be satisfied with the way we dealt with your complaint, please contact the Intermediary department of ‘’Stichting Thuiswinkel’’ on StichtingThuiswinkel.org
